In Thursday's non-league contest, the The Vanguard School Coursers (Colorado Springs, CO) volleyball squad nudged the host St. Mary's Pirates (Colorado Springs, CO), by a margin of 2-1.

Next up, the Coursers face the Ellicott Thunderhawks (Calhan, CO) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 25. The Vanguard School will attempt to better on its 6-7 season record.
