Fabius Pompey Falcons (Fabius, NY) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Alexandria Central Purple Ghosts (Alexandria Bay, NY), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Falcons face the Hamilton Emerald Knights (Hamilton, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 22. Fabius Pompey will attempt to better on its 13-4 season record. The Emerald Knights enter the challenge with a 13-3 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Bishop Ludden (Syracuse, NY).
The Purple Ghosts now have a 5-7 record.
