The Easton Warriors football team (Easton, MD), was beaten 35-16 in Friday's league challenge with the host Bennett Clippers (Salisbury, MD)
The Clippers (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Wicomico (Salisbury, MD). The Indians come into the Bayside 3A/2A challenge with a 1-7 record. In their last challenge, Wicomico was beaten by Decatur (Berlin, MD), 41-10, in a league challenge.
The Warriors now sport a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they host Cambridge-South Dorchester for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 27. Easton will meet a Vikings team coming off a 54-6 league win over Washington (Princess Anne, MD). The Vikings record now stands at 6-2.
