The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Lynn Bears (Lynn, AL) and the host Berry Wildcats (Berry, AL), observed Lynn's football squad bounce Berry by a count of 50-0.

The Bears now own a 7-1 record. They play next when they host South Lamar for a 1A Region 5 contest on Friday, October 27. Lynn will encounter a Stallions squad coming off a 48-15 league win over Marion County (Guin, AL). The Stallions record now stands at 6-2.

Coming up next, the Wildcats encounter the Brilliant Tigers (Brilliant, AL) in a 1A Region 5 contest, on Friday, October 27. Berry will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 3-5 record after their 35-26 league loss to Holy Spirit Catholic (Tuscaloosa, AL).
