The Millington Central Trojans (Millington, TN) football overcame the host Brighton Cardinals (Brighton, TN), 50-42 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Melrose Golden Wildcats (Memphis, TN) in a 4A Region 8 bout, on Friday, October 27. Millington Central will attempt to move on its 8-1 season record. The Golden Wildcats enter the bout with a 6-3 record after their 33-22 league win over Craigmont (Memphis, TN).
