In Friday's league match, the visiting Caledonia Cavaliers football squad scored a good 39-16 victory over the Greenwood Bulldogs.
In their next game, the Cavaliers clash with the Houston Hilltoppers (Houston, MS) in a 4A Region 3 match, on Thursday, October 26. Caledonia will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Hilltoppers enter the match with a 7-1 record after their 54-35 league win over Kosciusko (Kosciusko, MS).
The Bulldogs (1-8) will now prepare for their match against Louisville (Louisville, MS). The Wildcats enter the 4A Region 3 match with a 9-0 record. In their last match, Louisville ran past Mendenhall (Mendenhall, MS), 41-16, in a non-league match.
