The Holmes Aces walloped the visiting Camden County Bruins football team by a count of 47-14 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Holmes upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Aces travel to Hertford County (Ahoskie, NC) to encounter the Bears in a 2A/3A Northeastern Coastal outing on Friday, October 27. The Bears go into the outing with a record of 7-2. Hertford County won 42-0 in their recent league outing against Manteo (Manteo, NC)

With the loss, Camden County moves to 3-6 on the season. The Bruins host Manteo (Manteo, NC) to encounter the Redskins in a 2A/3A Northeastern Coastal outing on Friday, October 27. The Redskins go into the outing with a record of 1-8. Manteo lost 42-0 in their recent league outing against Hertford County (Ahoskie, NC)
