In Friday's league match, the host Clarendon Broncos football squad scored a big 42-6 victory over the Memphis Cyclones.
In their next game, the Broncos clash with the Shamrock Irish (Shamrock, TX) in a 2A-2 Region I District 2 match, on Friday, October 27. Clarendon will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record. The Irish enter the match with a 4-4 record after their 28-12 league win over Quanah (Quanah, TX).
The Cyclones (0-7) will now prepare for their match against Wheeler (Wheeler, TX). The Mustangs enter the 2A-2 Region I District 2 match with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, Wheeler was ripped by Wellington (Wellington, TX), 46-0, in a league challenge.
