The Marion Center Stingers held off the host Conemaugh Township Indians football team by a final score of 46-41 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Marion Center improves its record to 3-6 on the season. The Stingers host West Shamokin (Rural Valley, PA) to confront the Wolves in a Heritage outing on Friday, October 27. The Wolves go into the outing with a record of 4-5. West Shamokin lost 48-0 in their recent league outing against Northern Cambria (Northern Cambria, PA)

With the loss, Conemaugh Township moves to 0-9 on the season. The Indians host United Valley co-op [Blacklick Valley/United] (Nanty Glo, PA) to confront the in a Heritage outing on Friday, October 27. The go into the outing with a record of 8-1. United Valley co-op [Blacklick Valley/United] lost 13-6 in their recent league battle against River Valley (Blairsville, PA)
