North Carolina High School Football - Cox Mill smashes Hickory Ridge

October 20, 2023: Harrisburg, NC 28075

The Cox Mill Chargers (Concord, NC) football routed the host Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC), 54-21 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Chargers face the South Iredell Vikings (Statesville, NC) in a 4A Greater Metro bout, on Friday, October 27. Cox Mill will attempt to advance on its 4-5 season record. The Vikings enter the bout with a 2-7 record after their 24-10 league loss to Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC).

The Ragin' Bulls (2-7) will now prepare for their bout against West Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Wolverines enter the 4A Greater Metro bout with a 1-8 record. In their last bout, West Cabarrus was overwhelmed by Mooresville (Mooresville, NC), 42-3, in a league bout.
