The crowd at Friday's league contest between the McAlester Buffaloes (McAlester, OK) and the visiting Durant Lions (Durant, OK), observed McAlester's football squad bounce Durant by a tally of 56-14.

The Buffaloes now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Sapulpa for a 5A District 3 contest on Friday, October 27. McAlester will play a Chieftains squad coming off a 55-10 league win over Memorial (Tulsa, OK). The Chieftains record now stands at 5-3.
