The Fort Lupton Bluedevils football squad scored 47 points and restricted the host Steamboat Springs Sailors to 9 in the Bluedevils league victory on Friday.

The Bluedevils now possess a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Forge Christian for a 2A Front Range Mountain battle on Saturday, October 28. Fort Lupton will face a Fury squad coming off a 24-7 league loss to Eaton (Eaton, CO). The Fury record now stands at 4-4.

Coming up next, the Sailors face the Berthoud Spartans (Berthoud, CO) in a 2A Front Range Mountain battle, on Thursday, October 26. Steamboat Springs will attempt to advance on its 3-5 season record. The Spartans enter the battle with a 8-0 record after their 56-9 league win over The Academy (Westminster, CO).
