The Holyoke Purple Knights football team (Holyoke, MA), was ripped 66-6 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Westfield Bombers (Westfield, MA)
The Bombers (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Chicopee Comp (Chicopee, MA). The Colts come into the AA challenge with a 0-7 record. In their last challenge, Chicopee Comp was ripped by Minnechaug Regional (Wilbraham, MA), 56-0, in a league challenge.
The Purple Knights now sport a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Central for a AA challenge on Friday, October 27. Holyoke will meet a Golden Eagles team coming off a 46-8 league win over Longmeadow (Longmeadow, MA). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 6-1.
