The Pickens County Tornadoes (Reform, AL) football defeated the host Hubbertville Lions (Fayette, AL), 39-15 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Tornadoes face the Marion County Red Raiders (Guin, AL) in a 1A Region 5 bout, on Thursday, November 2. Pickens County will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record.

The Lions (4-4) will now prepare for their bout against Marion County (Guin, AL). The Red Raiders enter the 1A Region 5 bout with a 4-4 record. In their last bout, Marion County lost by South Lamar (Millport, AL), 48-15, in a league bout.
