Texas High School Football - Water Valley defeats Iraan

In Friday's league match, the visiting Water Valley Wildcats football squad scored a good 28-13 victory over the Iraan Braves.

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the McCamey Badgers (McCamey, TX) in a 2A-2 Region II District 5 match, on Friday, October 27. Water Valley will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record. The Badgers enter the match with a 3-5 record after their 52-21 league loss to Wink (Wink, TX).

The Braves (3-5) will now prepare for their match against Eldorado (Eldorado, TX). The Eagles enter the 2A-2 Region II District 5 match with a 5-3 record. In their last match, Eldorado ran past Sterling City (Sterling City, TX), 24-0, in a league match.
