The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Western Reserve Blue Devils (Berlin Center, OH) and the host Jackson-Milton Bluejays (North Jackson, OH), observed Western Reserve's football squad defeat Jackson-Milton by a count of 22-7.

The Blue Devils now own a 8-2 record. They play next when they host David Anderson for a non-league contest on Friday, October 27. Western Reserve will encounter a Blue Devils team coming off a 41-14 league win over Wellsville (Wellsville, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 7-3.

With the loss, Jackson-Milton moves to 7-3 on the season. The Bluejays host Mineral Ridge (Mineral Ridge, OH) to confront the Rams in a Mahoning Valley - Scarlet test on Friday, October 27. The Rams go into the test with a record of 6-4. Mineral Ridge won 40-7 in their recent league test against McDonald (McDonald, OH)
