The Mount Calm football team (Mount Calm, TX), was ripped 80-39 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Kopperl Eagles (Kopperl, TX)

The Eagles (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Morgan (Morgan, TX). The Eagles come into the 1A 6 Man 2 Region III District 10 (6 Man) challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Morgan was ripped by Bynum (Bynum, TX), 56-0, in a league challenge.

The now sport a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host Bynum for a 1A 6 Man 2 Region III District 10 (6 Man) challenge on Friday, October 27. Mount Calm will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 56-0 league win over Morgan (Morgan, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-3.
