In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Lindbergh Eagles football squad scored a close 14-12 victory over the Mariner Marauders.
In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Foster Bulldogs (Tukwila, WA) in a 2A KingCo match, on Friday, October 27. Lindbergh will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 1-7 record after their 76-0 league loss to Highline (Burien, WA).
The Marauders (0-8) will now prepare for their match against Kamiak (Mukilteo, WA). The Knights enter the 4A Wesco match with a 1-7 record. In their last match, Kamiak was nudged by Lake Stevens (Lake Stevens, WA), 54-7, in a league match.
