Texas High School Football - Sherman succumbs to Lone Star

The Lone Star Rangers thwarted the host Sherman Bearcats football team by a count of 41-10 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Lone Star upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Rangers host Frisco (Frisco, TX) to encounter the Raccoons in a 5A-1 Region II District 6 outing on Thursday, October 26. The Raccoons go into the outing with a record of 6-2. Frisco lost 45-3 in their recent league outing against Reedy (Frisco, TX)

With the loss, Sherman moves to 2-6 on the season. The Bearcats travel to Wakeland (Frisco, TX) to encounter the Wolverines in a 5A-1 Region II District 6 outing on Friday, October 27. The Wolverines go into the outing with a record of 6-2. Wakeland won 28-14 in their recent league outing against Lebanon Trail (Frisco, TX)
