The Middletown Cavaliers thwarted the visiting William Penn Colonials football team by a count of 35-13 in Friday's league outing.
With the win, Middletown upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to Salesianum (Wilmington, DE) to confront the Sallies in a 3A District 1 outing on Friday, October 27. The Sallies go into the outing with a record of 6-1. Salesianum won 47-14 in their recent league outing against Appoquinimink (West Middletown, DE)
With the loss, William Penn moves to 3-4 on the season. The Colonials host St. Mark's (Wilmington, DE) to confront the Spartans in a 3A District 1 outing on Saturday, October 28. The Spartans go into the outing with a record of 3-4. St. Mark's lost 30-15 in their recent league outing against Hodgson Vo-Tech (Newark, DE)
