In Friday's non-league battle, the visiting Captain Shreve Gators volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the West Monroe Rebels.
The Gators (20-15) will now prepare for their battle against Iowa (Iowa, LA). The Yellowjackets come into the non-league battle with a 11-22 record. In their last battle, Iowa lost by Vinton (Vinton, LA), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
