Kansas High School Volleyball - Southeast tips Douglass

Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Southeast Lancers (Cherokee, KS) and the host Douglass Bulldogs (Douglass, KS), observed Southeast's volleyball team hold off Douglass by a count of 2-1.

The Lancers (13-24) will now prepare for their battle against Yates Center (Yates Center, KS). The Wildcats go into the Three Rivers battle with a 20-12 record. In their last battle, Yates Center tipped Uniontown (Uniontown, KS), 2-1, in a league battle.

The Bulldogs now own a 10-26 record. They take the field next when they host St. Mary's-Colgan for a non-league contest on Monday, October 20. Douglass will meet a Panthers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Maranatha Christian Academy (Shawnee, KS). The Panthers record now stands at 18-15.
