Northampton Yellowjackets (Eastville, VA) backers were pleased Monday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Windsor Dukes (Windsor, VA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Yellowjackets (9-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Arcadia (Oak Hall, VA). The Firebirds come into the Eastern Shore challenge with a 0-13 record. In their last challenge, Arcadia lost by Chincoteague (Chincoteague, VA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Dukes play the Sussex Central Tigers (Sussex, VA) in a Tri-Rivers challenge, on Tuesday, October 21. Windsor will attempt to upgrade on its 14-5 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 0-12 record after their 3-1 league loss to Franklin (Franklin, VA).
