Lacassine Cardinals (Lacassine, LA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Johnson Bayou Rebels (Cameron, LA), 83-33 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Lacassine upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Oak Hill (Hineston, LA) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 1. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Rebels play the Evans Eagles (Evans, LA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 3. Johnson Bayou will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
