Colorado High School Football - Florence victorious over Alamosa

In Friday's league match, the visiting Florence Huskies football squad scored a good 42-20 victory over the Alamosa Mean Moose.

In their next game, the Huskies clash with the La Junta Tigers (La Junta, CO) in a 2A League 7 match, on Saturday, October 29. Florence will attempt to move on its 7-1 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 5-3 record after their 42-6 league win over Manitou Springs (Manitou Springs, CO).

The Mean Moose (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Woodland Park (Woodland Park, CO). The Panthers enter the 2A League 7 match with a 6-2 record. In their last match, Woodland Park thwarted Lamar (Lamar, CO), 18-16, in a league match.
