Texas High School Football - Howe drops to Bells

In Friday's league game, the Bells Panthers (Bells, TX) football team knocked off the host Howe Bulldogs (Howe, TX), by a score of 37-14.

The Panthers (6-2) will now prepare for their game against Lone Oak (Lone Oak, TX). The Buffaloes come into the 3A-2 Region II District 8 game with a 0-8 record. In their last game, Lone Oak was dropped by Gunter (Gunter, TX), 84-0, in a league game.

The Bulldogs now sport a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Blue Ridge for a 3A-2 Region II District 8 game on Friday, October 28. Howe will battle a Tigers team coming off a 20-14 league loss to Leonard (Leonard, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 4-4.
