Florida High School Football - Boca Ciega trounces Hollins

In Friday's non-league match, the host Boca Ciega Pirates football squad scored a big 49-0 victory over the Hollins Royals.

In their next game, the Pirates clash with the Gibbs Gladiators (St. Petersburg, FL) in a 2M District 8 match, on Friday, October 28. Boca Ciega will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Gladiators enter the match with a 0-8 record after their 34-18 non-league loss to Lakewood Ranch (Bradenton, FL).

The Royals (1-7) will now prepare for their match against St. Petersburg (St. Petersburg, FL). The Green Devils enter the 3M District 8 match with a 6-2 record. In their last match, St. Petersburg routed Countryside (Clearwater, FL), 24-9, in a non-league match.
