South Carolina High School Football - Calhoun County can't get by Ridge Spring-Monetta

Ridge Spring-Monetta Trojans (Monetta, SC) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the host Calhoun County Saints (St. Matthews, SC), 36-35 in a league test.

With the triumph, Ridge Spring-Monetta improves its record to 3-6 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Hunter-Kinard-Tyler (Neeses, SC) to confront the Trojans in a A Region 4 test on Friday, October 28. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 5-5. Hunter-Kinard-Tyler lost 39-28 in their recent league test against Denmark-Olar (Denmark, SC)

With the loss, Calhoun County drops to 7-2 on the campaign. The Saints travel to Wagener-Salley (Wagener, SC) to confront the War Eagles in a A Region 4 test on Thursday, October 27. The War Eagles come into the test with a record of 6-3. Wagener-Salley won 36-32 in their recent league test against Denmark-Olar (Denmark, SC)
