    • Texas High School Football - Clemens drops to New Braunfels

    October 21, 2022: New Braunfels, TX 78130

    The crowd at Friday's league contest between the New Braunfels Unicorns (New Braunfels, TX) and the visiting Clemens Buffaloes (Schertz, TX), observed New Braunfels's football squad thwart Clemens by a tally of 38-21.

    The Unicorns now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to San Marcos for a 6A Region IV District 27 contest on Friday, October 28. New Braunfels will play a Rattlers squad coming off a 55-35 league loss to Judson (Converse, TX). The Rattlers record now stands at 3-5.

    Coming up next, the Buffaloes play the East Central Hornets (San Antonio, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 27 contest, on Friday, October 28. Clemens will attempt to advance on its 3-5 season record. The Hornets go into the contest with a 3-5 record after their 49-3 league loss to Steele (Cibolo, TX).
