Ohio High School Football - Fort Frye defeats Williamstown

October 21, 2022: Beverly, OH 45715

In Friday's non-league match, the host Fort Frye Cadets football squad scored a good 30-20 victory over the Williamstown Yellowjackets.

In their next game, the Cadets clash with the Elgin Comets (Marion, OH) in a non-league match, on Friday, October 28. Fort Frye will attempt to move on its 9-1 season record. The Comets enter the match with a 5-5 record after their 56-14 league win over Crestline (Crestline, OH).

The Yellowjackets (7-1) will now prepare for their match against Doddridge County (West Union, WV). The Bulldogs enter the Little Kanawha match with a 7-1 record. In their last match, Doddridge County dropped by Roane County (Spencer, WV), 26-6, in a league match.
