Ohio High School Football - Hoover sneaks past Jackson

The Hoover Vikings (North Canton, OH) football edged the host Jackson Polar Bears (Massillon, OH), 14-7 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Vikings face the Licking Heights Hornets (Pataskala, OH) in a non-league bout, on Friday, October 28. Hoover will attempt to advance on its 7-3 season record. The Hornets enter the bout with a 5-5 record after their 25-20 league loss to Licking Valley (Newark, OH).

The Polar Bears (5-5) will now prepare for their bout against Berea (Berea, OH). The Braves enter the non-league bout with a 0-0 record.
