The Scituate Spartans walloped the visiting Hope Blue Wave football team by a final score of 35-0 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Scituate improves its record to 1-6 on the season. The Spartans travel to Smithfield (Esmond, RI) to confront the Sentinels in a Division IV outing on Friday, October 28. The Sentinels go into the outing with a record of 6-0. Smithfield won 16-6 in their recent league outing against Exeter-West Greenwich/Prout (West Greenwich, RI)

With the loss, Hope moves to 0-7 on the season. The Blue wave travel to Davies Career & Tech (Lincoln, RI) to confront the Patriots in a Division IV outing on Saturday, October 29. The Patriots go into the outing with a record of 5-1. Davies Career & Tech won 40-14 in their recent league outing against Tiverton (Tiverton, RI)
