In Friday's league match, the host Jenkins County War Eagles football squad scored a big 53-7 victory over the Montgomery County Eagles.

In their next game, the War Eagles clash with the Emanuel County Institute Bulldogs (Twin City, GA) in a A D2 Region 3 match, on Thursday, October 27. Jenkins County will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 3-5 record after their 28-21 league loss to McIntosh County Academy (Darien, GA).

The Eagles (4-5) will now prepare for their match against Emanuel County Institute (Twin City, GA). The Bulldogs enter the A D2 Region 3 match with a 3-5 record.
