The Philomath Warriors (Philomath, OR) football overcame the visiting Klamath Union Pelicans (Klamath Falls, OR), 35-6 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Warriors face the Sweet Home Huskies (Sweet Home, OR) in a 4A Special District 3 bout, on Friday, October 28. Philomath will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record. The Huskies enter the bout with a 2-6 record after their 40-20 league loss to Stayton (Stayton, OR).
The Pelicans (2-6) will now prepare for their bout against Ashland (Ashland, OR). The Grizzlies enter the non-league bout with a 1-8 record. In their last bout, Ashland was toppled by North Bend (North Bend, OR), 33-27, in a league bout.
