The Walter Johnson Wildcats football team (Bethesda, MD), was beaten 41-20 in Friday's league challenge with the host Seneca Valley Screamin' Eagles (Germantown, MD)
The Screamin' Eagles (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Damascus (Damascus, MD). The Hornets come into the non-league challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Damascus achieved victory over Springbrook (Silver Spring, MD), 42-0, in a league challenge.
The Wildcats now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Wootton for a Montgomery County 4A - West challenge on Friday, October 28. Walter Johnson will meet a Patriots team coming off a 21-14 non-league win over Catonsville (Baltimore, MD). The Patriots record now stands at 3-5.
