Wayland Warriors (Wayland, MA) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Weston Wildcats (Weston, MA), 7-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Warriors face the Lincoln-Sudbury Warriors (Sudbury, MA) in a Dual County challenge, on Tuesday, October 25. Wayland will attempt to better on its 9-5 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 2-1 league win over Westford Academy (Westford, MA).
The Wildcats now have a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they host Northeast Metro RVT for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 22. Weston will face a Knights team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Shawsheen Valley Tech (Billerica, MA). The Knights record now stands at 8-3.
