South Dakota High School Volleyball - Garretson over Colman-Egan

October 21, 2022: Garretson, SD 57030

The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Garretson Blue Dragons (Garretson, SD) and the visiting Colman-Egan C-E Hawks (Colman, SD), saw Garretson's volleyball squad beat Colman-Egan by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Garretson upgrades its record to 16-7 on the year. The Blue Dragons host Sioux Valley (Volga, SD) to play the Cossacks in a non-league bout on Monday, October 24. The Cossacks go into the bout with a record of 18-10. Sioux Valley lost 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Chester (Chester, SD)

The C-E Hawks now own a 19-9 record. They play next when they travel to St. Mary for a B Region 4 bout on Tuesday, October 25. Colman-Egan will play a Cardinals squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Elkton/Lake Benton (Elkton, SD). The Cardinals record now stands at 12-12.
