South Dakota High School Volleyball - Douglas edged by Watertown

The Watertown Arrows held off the host Douglas Patriots volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Friday's non-league test.

The Arrows now have a 14-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sturgis Brown for a non-league test on Friday, October 21. Watertown will confront a Scoopers team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Red Cloud (Pine Ridge, SD). The Scoopers record now stands at 5-18.

The Patriots (11-16) will now prepare for their test against Brookings (Brookings, SD). The Bobcats enter the AA District 1 test with a 4-14 record. In their last test, Brookings was nudged by Roosevelt (Sioux Falls, SD), 3-1, in a league test.
