Washington, DC High School Volleyball - Girls Global Academy can't hold off Thurgood Marshall Academy

In Friday's league battle, the host Thurgood Marshall Academy Warriors volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Girls Global Academy Trailblazers.
The Warriors (10-3) will now prepare for their battle against Friendship Collegiate Academy (Washington, DC). The Knights come into the PCSAA battle with a 1-7 record. In their last battle, Friendship Collegiate Academy was edged by E.L. Haynes (Washington, DC), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Trailblazers clash with the KIPP College Prep Panthers (Washington, DC) in a PCSAA battle, on Wednesday, October 26. Girls Global Academy will attempt to advance on its 2-6 season record. The Panthers come into the battle with a 7-5 record after their 2-0 league loss to E.L. Haynes (Washington, DC).
