Virginia High School Football - Norcom tipped by Granby

The Norcom Greyhounds football team (Portsmouth, VA), was tipped 13-12 in Saturday's league challenge with the visiting Granby Comets (Norfolk, VA)

The Comets (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Manor (Portsmouth, VA). The Mustangs come into the Eastern challenge with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, Manor was tipped by Booker T. Washington (Norfolk, VA), 36-0, in a league challenge.

The Greyhounds now sport a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Taylor for a Eastern challenge on Friday, October 27. Norcom will meet a Titans team coming off a 36-24 league loss to Churchland (Portsmouth, VA). The Titans record now stands at 3-5.
