The St. Francis Sharks football team (Watsonville, CA), was beaten 46-26 in Saturday's league challenge with the visiting Watsonville Wildcatz (Watsonville, CA)
The Wildcatz (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Monte Vista Christian (Watsonville, CA). The Mustangs come into the Pacific Coast - Mission North challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Monte Vista Christian knocked off Santa Cruz (Santa Cruz, CA), 56-0, in a league challenge.
The Sharks now sport a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Seaside for a Pacific Coast - Mission North challenge on Friday, October 27. St. Francis will meet a Spartans team coming off a 52-7 league loss to Scotts Valley (Scotts Valley, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 5-2.
