In Saturday's non-league game, the Loomis Chaffee School Pelicans (Windsor, CT) soccer squad tipped the host Suffield Academy Tigers (Suffield, CT), by a final score of 1-0.
The Pelicans (7-4) will now prepare for their game against Westminster School (Simsbury, CT). The Martlets go into the NEPSAC Freelance game with a 2-8 record. In their last game, Westminster School was nudged by Avon Old Farms (Avon, CT), 6-0, in a league game.
The Tigers (7-3) will now prepare for their game against Frederick Gunn (Washington, CT). The Highlanders go into the non-league game with a 2-4 record.
