The Winfield Warriors the host Hallsville Indians softball squad by a count of 7-5 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Warriors (20-10) will now prepare for their battle against St. Francis Borgia (Washington, MO). The Knights go into the non-league battle with a 19-6 record. In their last battle, St. Francis Borgia nudged Lutheran South (St. Louis, MO), 11-9, in a non-league battle.
The Indians now sport a 22-4 record.
