Kansas High School Volleyball - Maranatha Christian Academy tips Pleasant Ridge

October 21, 2023: Easton, KS 66020

Maranatha Christian Academy Eagles (Shawnee, KS) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Pleasant Ridge Rams (Easton, KS), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Eagles battle the Jefferson County North Chargers (Winchester, KS) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 21. Maranatha Christian Academy will attempt to advance on its 31-8 season record. The Chargers come into the match with a 30-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Atchison County (Effingham, KS).

With the loss, Pleasant Ridge drops to 25-9 on the campaign. The Rams travel to McLouth (McLouth, KS) to battle the Bulldogs in a Northeast Kansas League match on Saturday, October 21. The Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 4-22. McLouth lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Jefferson County North (Winchester, KS)
