The Sterling Golden Warriors volleyball team (Sterling, IL), went down 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Polo Marcos (Polo, IL)

The Marcos (18-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Marquette (Ottawa, IL). The Crusaders come into the non-league challenge with a 24-6 record. In their last challenge, Marquette went down by Woodland (Streator, IL), 2-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Golden Warriors encounter the Streator Bulldogs (Streator, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 24. Sterling will attempt to move on its 21-13 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 22-9 record after their 2-0 league win over Wilmington (Wilmington, IL).
