The Pomperaug Panthers prevailed the host Oxford Wolverines volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Panthers now have a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Masuk for a Southwest-Colonial test on Monday, October 23.

The Wolverines (6-11) will now prepare for their test against Woodland Regional (Beacon Falls, CT). The Hawks enter the Naugatuck Valley test with a 15-2 record. In their last test, Woodland Regional gained a win over Ansonia (Ansonia, CT), 3-0, in a league test.
