The Southside Sharks volleyball team (Youngsville, LA), went down 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting South Lafourche Tarpons (Galliano, LA)
The Tarpons (20-17) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Edmund (Eunice, LA). The Fighting Blue Jays enter the non-league challenge with a 13-6 record. In their last challenge, St. Edmund defeated Elton (Elton, LA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Sharks encounter the Eunice Bobcats (Eunice, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 21. Southside will attempt to move on its 15-7 season record. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a 16-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Iota (Iota, LA).
