In Monday's non-league game, the Meade Mustangs (Fort Meade, MD) football team were victorious over the host Glen Burnie Gophers (Glen Burnie, MD), by a tally of 20-0.
In their next game, the Mustangs face the Friendship Collegiate Academy Knights (Washington, DC) in a non-league game, on Monday, October 28. Meade will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record.
The Gophers (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Old Mill (Millersville, MD). The Patriots go into the non-league challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Old Mill toppled Arundel (Gambrills, MD), 27-0, in a non-league challenge.
