Academy of American Studies Eagles (Queens, NY) boosters exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Newtown Pioneers (Elmhurst, NY), 4-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Academy of American Studies moves its record to 8-1 on the campaign.
The Pioneers now sport a 4-3 record.
