The Natchitoches Central Chiefs volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Captain Shreve Gators to 0 in the Chiefs non-league triumph on Monday.

The Chiefs now have a 21-8 record. They play next when they travel to Caddo Magnet for a Division II District 1 outing on Tuesday, October 22. Natchitoches Central will play a Mustangs team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Haughton (Haughton, LA). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-10.

With the loss, Captain Shreve drops to 13-11 on the campaign. The Gators host Calvary Baptist Academy (Shreveport, LA) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 22. The Cavaliers come into the outing with a record of 21-9. Calvary Baptist Academy lost 2-1 in their recent non-league outing against Vandebilt Catholic (Houma, LA)
